Industrial Sunscreens Warranty

Sunscreens come with a 1 year warranty from manufacturer defects.
If a screen fails from a factory defect, the screen will be replaced under warranty.
This is for the materials only and does not include any labor and/or travel costs.

* The sunscreens are designed and manufactured to be hung in the horizontal position. This allows the wind to blow over them and be subjected to a very low wind load.

** Vertical hung screens, however, are subjected to 100% wind load and endure a heavy stress at the seams, unlike horizontal hung screens. This fatigues the stitching, which can and will cause premature failure. This is not and does not, be considered a factory defect or warranty claim issue.
